Estimates, contracts, hours and services
Are estimates free?Yes, always. Request one online or call/text (757) 447-0945. Your estimate arrives by email from Yardbook, and you can approve it right from that email.
How fast will I get my estimate?Within 1 business day. Our business days are Monday–Saturday.
Do you need to see my property first?Sometimes. For some jobs Michael will stop by to take a look before sending the estimate. For many, the details on your request are enough.
Do I have to sign a contract?No. We don't require long-term contracts.
Are you licensed and insured?Yes. Miller Turf Co. is licensed & insured, and locally owned.
What areas do you serve?All of Virginia Beach, including neighborhoods like Kings Grant and Little Neck. Not sure if you're in our area? Call or text (757) 447-0945.
What are your hours and season?Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Our season runs mid-to-late March through December, weather permitting.
Do you work on commercial properties and HOAs?Yes. We take care of homes, businesses, condos and HOA common areas. Request an estimate and tell us about the property.
What services do you offer?Lawn mowing and trimming, core aeration and overseeding, sod installation, hedge and shrub trimming, leaf and yard cleanups, mulch and rock beds, and gutter cleaning. Need something else? Ask, and we'll let you know.
Can you weed without chemicals?Yes. Weeds in beds are pulled by hand. If you'd like no chemicals used, just note it on your estimate request.
Do you haul away leaves, clippings and debris?Yes. Debris is hauled away. Any disposal cost is listed in your free estimate, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer pressure washing?No. We focus on lawn care, landscaping and gutter cleaning.
